This is my 4th stay in this hospital during the last 2 years. All medical facilities are A Class. All medical personnel are efficient and polite. Nurses are also very much caring and responsive. RMOs have taken good care of us.
Completely satisfied!😇 My 80 yr old father was admitted in Iris for hernia operation under Dr Somak Ghosh 10 days back. Each and every staff member had amazing behaviour towards the patients. Be it the receptionist, the nurses, housekeeping or people from the cleaning department. Everyone was so efficient and polite.
Down to earth, very much friendly behaviour towards the patients. Supervision is awesome, anything you ask for, get with a wide heart touching smile. The Senior Staff also visit patients and ask for their feelings and suggestions from their point of view. These are the factors I've been touched with. GOOD HOSPITAL for all.
I had my delivery done at Iris by Dr. Tanuka Das(Gupta). She is fantastic. Apart from being a knowledgeable doctor, she is also extremely approachable and friendly. The maternity services at Iris were also excellent starting right from admission till discharge. All the staff members were cooperative and warm.
