Room Service

Wholesome well-balanced meals are an important part of your treatment and recovery. We make every effort to provide special foods to meet your needs. Please notify your health care team if you have any allergies, cultural or religious food restrictions. If you are on a special diet prescribed by your doctor, our dietitians will ensure your menu will meet your specific needs.

Patient Meals

Meals are served three times a day. Even if you have tests or treatment required during meal time special arrangement to are made to serve you even after words.


Discharge and Going Home

Your doctor will determine when you are ready to leave the hospital and will prepare your discharge note accordingly. Iris Hospital will ensure that you are back home with you family as soon as the doctor gives the discharge note. We also have an Ambulance for helping you reach your home, if you require it.

Post Discharge Information

Your doctor/nurse will give you instructions and talk to you about your post-hospital care. If you have any questions about your diet, medications, activities or something else, do ask a member of your care team before you leave the hospital. You can also call us at 6609-6000 if you have questions about your care after you go home.

Patient Satisfaction Survey

During your discharge, you will receive a survey form asking for feedback about your stay at Iris Hospital. Please complete and return the survey. Your comments will help us to continually improve the service we provide to our patients and the community.

Out-Patient Information:

  • Most Doctor's chambers are on the 1st Floor of the Hospital
  • Gastro and Gynae Doctor's chambers only on the 2nd Floor
  • Dental OPD on the 1st Floor
  • Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine on the 1st Floor.
  • Pathology, 16 Slice CT Scan, X-Ray, Mammography, Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, ECG, EEG, Halter Test, Treadmill Test are all present on the 2nd Floor
  • 1.5 Tesla MRI in the Basement
  • All bookings and payments are done in the 2nd Floor Reception
  • Detailed Information about all individual Doctors and their timings available at the Ground Floor and 1st Floor Reception
  • You can also get the same on calling 6609 6000

In-Patient Information:

  • You can admit your patient 24x7
  • You can admit your patient if any Doctor has recommended Hospitalisation
  • Also if our Emergency Medical Officer (who is available 24x7) recommends hospitalization, your patient will be admitted
  • We have General Beds, Twin Sharing Beds, Single Beds and Suits, catering to your different needs
  • Every Room has a dedicated nurse and included in the Bed Charges
  • All dietary needs are catered to and included in the Bed Charges
  • Hospital provides comfortable Air Conditioned Visitor's Waiting Area in every Floor
